Shipping & Delivery Information

At DMK Skincare, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service and flexibility, every time. We ship all of our orders via UPS. All rates charged for shipping are the actual shipping charges provided to us by the United Parcel Service rates and service calculator.

When ordering, please provide a daytime number to arrange a delivery appointment. We will not charge your account until your order has shipped.

We ship most US orders to arrive via UPS in 3-7 business days. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

Most items shipped to AK and HI are delivered via UPS.

Please call 800.910.9836 to place an order for APO or FPO addresses; unfortunately, we cannot process these orders online.

All prices shown are in US dollars. We will add a flat 20% charge to your order to cover shipping, handling, duty and brokerage. Free shipping discounts and offers listed on our websites do not apply to Canada shipments.

International Deliveries
We cannot ship outside the US and Canada, nor to the US Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. If you have further questions, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Holiday Delivery

US Delivery
Standard: Order by 12 noon EST on December 19 to arrive by December 24.
Rush: Order by 12 noon EST on December 22 to arrive by December 24.

Canadian Delivery
Standard: Order by 12 noon EST on December 15 to arrive by December 24.
Rush: Sorry, not available.

We do not charge your credit card until your order has shipped.
