Danne treatment should i continue help!!!! pics in 5 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Bear with me this may be long and i need some advice from others who have gone through danne and proffesionals who deal with it wheather to carry on or call it a loss and do some other treatment which promises results. i had planned to do the danne treatement and peels every 2 weeks for a 3 month period but i am now i am thinking about stopping it and going for something else

i started the danne treatment nearly 2 weeks ago, i have mild to severre hyper-pigmentation, anyway i have had the cosmelan treatment about a year ago, i had about 60% improvement in about 3 month period and saw a signifcant improvement after 2 weeks. anyway i went to africa for a holiday, was a little sloppy on the sunscreem and the hyperpigmentation came back

Anyway i had the option to do a obagi treatment, cosmelan or danne, i am busy with worknow so cant do the peeling that goes with cosmelan and obagi so i went with the danne.

Anyway with the danne i decided to go for it as the therapist said there was no downtime althought it was slower, also therapist specifically told me it would cost £300 worth of products and £79 treatement,

i was told to use the products every morning and night except for retosin which i was told to use on alternate nights. anyway on my next visit i am supposed to get more products, plus a peel

now my beef with this is after nearly 2 weeks i have absolutely no result whatsoever, my skin is actually a bit worse and i am breaking out a lot, from the obagi treatment and cosmelan u can expect some kind of positive change after 2 weeks even if it is tiny or u are peeling,

HI eddizle,

Thanks for your enquiry.

Regarding treatments with other companies, I cannot and will not comment on them as I have had no training with these brands and it would be unprofessional for me to say anything.

With the DMK treatments though, you need to understand pigmentation do not suddenly appear overnight, instead its an accumulation of sun exposure and misuse of sunblock, plus other factors.

Please be patient with the result as our treatments aims to strenghten your skin from within, building its immunity and texture of the skin allowing it to regenerate and heal by itself a lot faster and efficient.
Peels are a faster way in achieving what you're after, but sometimes you cannot have it all the time. Our skin cannot be 'peeled' everytime there is a problem. Instead it must be addressed and strenghtened so that next time it will not be as severe and may not come back. Our skin needs to be regenerated and looked after after each peel, and if you take extra care, you will not need another one as often as you've been with other brands.

With products, we advise you to stick to it as it is the home maintainance program that you're responsible for to get the skin you want. You cannot achieve your result if you only do professional treatments only or just use home products. It must be together just like when you go see a doctor. There will be no point in going if you don't take the medication that has be prescribed for you.

I hope this helps you understand more about our range and good luck with the treatments! You will get your results!

PS. I did not get the photos you posted?
